Guide to Buying a Tailgate Machine

Eagles Tailgate VehicleAlthough the thought of buying a tailgate machine may seem absurd to some (I don't know who either), it can seem like a worthwhile expense in the quest for the world's greatest tailgate. However, shopping for a vehicle that will strictly be used to stuff as many of your friends (and attach a couch to the top) is a bit different from buying your standard Honda Civic. Below are a couple points to consider when shopping for the mega-beast of tailgating:

Never Lose Your Car Again!

Bushnell GPS BackTrack Personal LocatorThe Bushnell GPS BackTrack Personal Locator has answered the question, "Dude, where's my car?" The self-calibrating digital compass helps locate your way back to any location regardless of how strongly your "man-stincts" want to lead you in the other direction.

We took it out for a test drive, and found it to do exactly what it said it would do, which was send us right back to where we started. It acquired the satellites rather quickly, and kept us on track no matter how far we took it. The hand held unit has great battery life that is conserved with its auto-turn off feature which shuts the device down after 10 minutes of idling.

It did have one slight drawback. You do have to keep it on a pretty horizontal plane to get the most accurate directions. So if you don't mind looking like Lewis & Clark on the way back to your vehicle, then it's a great piece to add to your tailgate arsenal.

ESPN is on Top of Things

ESPN, the all-knowing "Yogurt" (see Spaceballs) of sports, has decided to be welcomed into the 2000's by calling Beer Pong "America's next great pastime."

Looks like ESPN fell victim to another slow news day, and decided to bring out a story that was probably meant to be ran shortly after they removed their nose out of the Florida voting debacle. What are they going to report on next? Hip Hop's influence on the NBA.
